Chromatin accessibility profiles of murine primary bone marrow derived maccrophages treated with LPS or LPS and Dex [ATAC-seq]

We mapped the open chromatin regions in wild type LPS and LPS plus Dex treated murine bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs). Overall design: BMDMs were treated for 3 hours with 100 ng/ml LPS plus 1 mM Dex or 3h with 100ng/ml LPS in combination with 0.1% EtOH as vehicle control. Four biological replicates were submitted for sequencing for each treatment condition.
