Transcriptome profiling of macrophages treated with myelin debris and FGF4

This project contains RNA-seq data generated from bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) under different treatments, including control, myelin debris (MD), and MD with FGF4 pretreatment. The study aims to investigate how FGF4 regulates macrophage phagocytosis, lipid handling, and inflammatory responses during myelin debris clearance. Total RNA was extracted 24 hours after stimulation and subjected to Illumina-based paired-end sequencing. These data support the analysis of FGF4-driven transcriptional programs involved in macrophage function and spinal cord repair.
