This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing demand and consumption-related data of auto exhaust pipes from customers in the Shanghai area, aiming to understand customers' purchasing power, consumption preferences for auto exhaust pipes, as well as the market popularity of this product, so as to help all enterprises in the industry formulate production strategies and provide personalized products and services to users. It also assists companies in better understanding their customers: high-tier customers can communicate with the enterprise 1 to 2 times per month, mid-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, thereby formulating more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data regarding the daily demand for auto exhaust pipes from customers. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the formula: P={a1 (minimum single-order quantity)/b1 (minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2 (maximum single-order quantity)/b2 (maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3 (average order quantity)/b3 (average consumption amount)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across different regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Shanghai is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high-tier", "mid-tier" and "low-tier" categories and levels based on the calculated demand level (marked as "high-tier" for scores above 200, "mid-tier" for scores within the range of 100-200, and "low-tier" for scores below 100).
