Optical absorption spectra of Li(Nb,Ta)O3 solid solutions in the vicinity of the absorption edge

We provide the raw optical absorption spectra of LiNb1-xTaxO3 samples, recorded in the vicinity of the absorption edge with the Perkin Elmer Lambda900 spectrometer at Clausthal University of Technology. The measurements include spectra for as-grown and VTE-treated (VTE – Vapor Transport Equilibration) LiNbO3 and LiNb0.94Ta0.06O3 as well as for as-grown LiTaO3.
