Multi-region hierarchical distance sampling - Dataset

Distance sampling data for three arboreal primate species, collected along line transects in five forests in the Udzungwa Mountains of Tanzania. Standardized human disturbance and habitat parameters, collected within plots along the same line transects, are available too. Data are formatted in three-dimensional matrices to be used in a multi-region, hierarchical distance sampling analysis.

本数据集涵盖坦桑尼亚乌德宗瓦山脉5片森林内沿样线（line transect）采集的3种树栖灵长类物种（arboreal primate species）的距离抽样（distance sampling）数据。此外，沿同一样线内样方（plot）采集的标准化人为干扰与生境参数亦同步提供。数据以三维矩阵格式存储，可应用于多区域分层距离抽样分析。
