A practical and efficient synthesis of aryl esters was
developed
through metal-free oxidation. This reaction employs stable and readily
available acyl or sulfonyl chlorides and arylboronic acids as the
starting materials and proceeds under mild reaction conditions without
additional precious metal catalysts. This new strategy exhibits broad
substrate tolerance and operational simplicity and gives diverse aryl
esters in moderate to high yields.
一种基于无金属氧化的实际且高效的芳基酯合成方法得以开发。该方法以稳定且易于获取的酰氯或磺酰氯以及芳基硼酸为起始原料,在温和的反应条件下进行,无需添加贵重金属催化剂。此新型策略展现出广泛的底物耐受性和操作简便性,并能够以中等到高产的效率合成多种芳基酯。
