2019年全球DNA条形码国际镜像数据库

中国科学院微生物研究所大数据中心构建了国际生命条形码数据系统(The Barcode of Life Data Systems, BOLD)的国际镜像系统(BOLDmirror, www.boldmirror.net)，同步获取BOLD系统中发布的全部公开数据。系统中已收录来自249个国家和地区的2912796条DNA条形码记录，涉及238120个物种，2912519个样本。目前本项目在改数据基础上进一步收集、更新真菌及其它重要物种的条码信息，进一步完善该镜像。

Big Data Center, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences has established an international mirror system (BOLDmirror, www.boldmirror.net) for the Barcode of Life Data Systems (BOLD), which synchronously acquires all publicly available data released on the BOLD platform. The system has collected 2,912,796 DNA barcode records from 249 countries and regions, covering 238,120 species and 2,912,519 samples. Currently, this project further collects and updates barcode information for fungi and other important species based on this dataset to further improve the mirror system.
