Induced sputum derived microbiome (16S, V3-V4 region) data was collected from human subjects exposed to 500ug/m3 of wood smoke in a controlled exposure chamber for 2 hours with light intermittent exercise. Samples are pre-exposure, 6hr post exposure and 24hr post exposure. Data included are OTU feature tables, tree, eHOMD derived taxonomy, SILVA derived taxonomy, and metadata which were all imported from QIIME2 after alignment from FASTQ files and imported into R for analysis.
