Predator density and diversity were manipulated in a field cage experiment. <br><br>The data uploaded is the mean numbers and standard deviation of aphids (<i>R. padi</i>) at predator introduction and at the end of experiment 12 days later. <br><br>we had:<br>- Three low diversity treatments: carabid <i>P. melanariu</i>s, ladybird larvae <i>(C. septempunctata)</i>, lacewing larvae (<i>C. carnea</i>)<br>- A high diversity treatment using a subsitutive design <br>
本研究通过田间笼养实验操控了天敌的密度与多样性。
本次上传的数据为天敌引入时,以及实验开展12天后结束时,麦二叉蚜(*R. padi*)的平均数量与标准差。
实验设置如下:
- 三类低多样性天敌处理:步甲科物种*P. melanariu*、七星瓢虫幼虫(*C. septempunctata*)以及草蛉幼虫(*C. carnea*)
- 一类采用替换设计的高多样性天敌处理。
