本数据集以我国北方典型的电子垃圾拆解地天津静海县子牙电子垃圾拆解地为研究区域,在2015年对子牙电子垃圾拆解地进行采样,在采样的土壤中筛取PBDEs降解菌HW-2,于2017年进行菌株HW-2对HBCD三种非对映异构体以及三对手性异构体的降解实验获得相关数据。数据包括:在第0、1、2、3、5、7、9天 α-HBCD,β-HBCD,γ-HBCD,(+)α-HBCD,(-)α-HBCD,(+)β-HBCD,(-)β-HBCD,(+)γ-HBCD,(-)γ-HBCD的剩余浓度以及同步的菌量数据。数据集共有144条记录。

This dataset takes the typical e-waste dismantling site in Ziya, Jinghai County, Tianjin – a representative e-waste dismantling region in northern China – as its research area. Soil samples were collected from the Ziya e-waste dismantling site in 2015, and PBDEs-degrading strain HW-2 was isolated from these samples. In 2017, degradation experiments were conducted using strain HW-2 against three diastereoisomers and three pairs of chiral isomers of HBCD, yielding the corresponding experimental data. The dataset contains the residual concentrations of α-HBCD, β-HBCD, γ-HBCD, (+)α-HBCD, (-)α-HBCD, (+)β-HBCD, (-)β-HBCD, (+)γ-HBCD, and (-)γ-HBCD, as well as synchronous bacterial biomass data, measured on days 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9. A total of 144 records are included in this dataset.
