Chromosome names are as follows: HalpotyopeID-chr SNP/INDEL_bQTL_data: source data files containing MOA-seq and DNA-methylation count ratios, genotype information and read depth at all variants tested for bQTL in the 25 F1s. For genotypes, -1 denotes reference allele (B73) for both haplotypes in the F1, and 0 denotes reference and alternative (ALT) allele in the F1. bQTL_positions: Binding QTL under well-watered (WW) and drought stress (DS) conditions for SNP and INDEL positions in maize with false discovery rate corrected p-values (cut-off 0.05). Positions given are in B73 V5 genome coordinates. Column three indicates if the bQTL position shows significant association of variation in transcription factor footprinting signal with variation in genotype only (GenoOnly), methylation level only (MetOnly), or both. In cases of significance for both methylation genotype, MethP indicates a lower p-value was observed for a methylation significant bQTL and GenoP indicates that a lower p-value was observed for a genotype related bQTL.
