Carbapenemase producing Enterobactericeae in a medical setting in Japan. Enterobacter hormaechei subsp. xiangfangensis

To analyze the genomes of Carbapemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE)isolates and Carbapemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae (CPE) isolates detected at clinical setting in Japan. A hospital outbreak of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriales was detected by routine work. A total of 9 clinical isolates of Enterobacter hormaechei subsp. xiangfangensis produced carbapenemase were obtained from patients' in a medical setting in Japan. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was conducted using MiSeq and MinION.
