Gene expression profile of Tet1 knockout cortex and hippocampus

Global gene expression profile of Tet1 knockout cortex or hippocampus is compared to wild-type cortex or hippocampus. All mice used are naive and of mixed 129 C57BL/6 background. Tet1 KO in brain cortex and hippocampus本数据集将Tet1基因敲除（Tet1 knockout）小鼠大脑皮层或海马体的全基因表达谱，与野生型（wild-type）小鼠对应脑区的全基因表达谱进行对比分析。所用实验小鼠均为未经过实验干预的个体，背景品系为混合129/C57BL/6。实验聚焦于大脑皮层与海马体中的Tet1基因敲除（Tet1 KO）模型。
