Psychotherapie als Umstrukturierung des Feldes Psychotherapy as Restructuring of the Field

Zusammenfassung: Ab der zweiten Hälfte der 1960er-Jahre entwickelte der Gestaltpsychologe und Psychoanalytiker Giancarlo Trombini in Bologna ein neues Verfahren zur Behandlung kindlicher psychosomatischer Störungen im Bereich des Ess- und Ausscheidungsverhaltens. Diese „gerichtete Spieltherapie“ (giocoterapia focale) beruht auf gestaltpsychologischen Erkenntnissen, insbesondere der Bestimmung des Verhaltens der Person vom Gesamtfeld, in dem sie sich befindet, und der Rolle des Bezugssystems und der Wirkungen des Bezugssystem-Wechsels. Die erste zusammenfassende Darstellung dieses Verfahrens in deutscher Sprache veröffentlichte Trombini gemeinsam mit seinem Lehrer Renzo Canestrari 1975. Die Grundgedanken des Beitrags gehen über den Bereich der Kinderpsychotherapie weit hinaus, wie schon der Titel andeutet. Psychotherapie jeder Art kann nach gestaltpsychologischer Auffassung als Umstrukturierung des Feldes verstanden werden, das Person und Umwelt in dynamischer Wechselwirkung bilden. Für solche Umstrukturierungen spielen Umzentrierungen und andere Umstrukturierungen, die einen Wechsel in den gerade relevanten Bezugssystemen induzieren, häufig eine besonders große Rolle. Das praktische Therapie-Beispiel, das Trombini in diesem Beitrag vorstellt, gibt davon einen anschaulichen Eindruck. Abstract: Starting in the second half of the 1960s, the Gestalt psychologist and psychoanalyst Giancarlo Trombini in Bologna developed a new method for the treatment of childhood psychosomatic disorders in the area of eating and excretion behavior. This "directed play therapy" (giocoterapia focale) is based on Gestalt psychology findings, in particular the determination of the person's behavior by the overall psychological field in which he or she finds himself or herself, the role of the reference system and the effects of the change of reference system. Trombini published the first summary of this method in German language together with his teacher Renzo Canestrari in 1975. The basic ideas of the paper go far beyond the field of child psychotherapy, as the title suggests. According to Gestalt psychology, psychotherapy of any kind can be understood as a restructuring of the field that the person and the environment form in dynamic interaction. For such restructuring, re-centering and other reorganizing a change in the currently relevant reference systems often plays a particularly important role.
