资源简介:
This study examines how silicon particle size (micro and nano Si) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) loading (0.25 and 0.50 wt%) influence the structural, chemical, and electrochemical behaviour of Si‑based composite anodes. CNTs form a conductive network that improves graphitic connectivity, as confirmed by XRD and Raman, while SEM shows enhanced particle coupling. XPS reveals that μSi@0.50CNT exhibits the most stable surface chemistry with reduced oxidation and SEI‑related species. Electrochemical testing shows that although nSi provides better long‑term stability, μSi@0.50CNT outperforms nSi overall by combining higher ICE, higher initial capacity, and significantly improved rate performance
