Mitral regurgitation quantification by cardiac MRI between software solutions

Included is the cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging data of 35 patients with mitral regurgitation. We present data for within-software and inter-software correlation and agreement analyses. We also enclose supplemental material relating to the 4D-flow echo-planar imaging (EPI) sequence details on the 1.5T Leeds system, the 4D-flow echo-planar imaging (EPI) sequence details, and the Cine imaging CMR protocol sequence details.
