General parcel register consisting of area geometries with material data, which clearly describe each parcel. Each parcel is designated with a parcel number. The two order characteristics of a parcel — area (cf. object class areas) and parcel number — are used for the clear determination of a parcel. The parcel areas produced in the GIS are not official areas. They may differ from the official areas kept in the real estate register.通用宗地登记簿由附带属性数据的面几何要素构成，可清晰描述每宗地（parcel）。每宗地均配有专属宗地编号。用于明确界定宗地的两项特征——面积（参照对象类中的面要素，cf. object class areas）与宗地编号——为宗地的核心识别依据。通过地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，GIS）生成的宗地面积并非官方核准面积，其数值可能与不动产登记簿中记载的官方登记面积存在差异。
