PLA was performed in HEK 293 cells transfected with ASRGL1 and TDP-43 plasmids and incubated with antibodies: no primary, only TDP-43, only ASRGL1, TDP-43 + IgG and ASRGL1 + TDP-43.

邻近连接试验（Proximity Ligation Assay，PLA）在转染了ASRGL1质粒与TDP-43质粒的HEK 293细胞中开展，实验所用的抗体孵育体系包括：无一抗、仅TDP-43抗体、仅ASRGL1抗体、TDP-43抗体与IgG联用，以及ASRGL1抗体与TDP-43抗体联用。
