This dataset compiles the year-end headcount of employees who left their original working units but still retain labor relations, categorized by region and industry for various departments under the national forestry system in the 2000 National Forestry Statistics. The covered indicators include: total by all departments, aggregate of state-owned economic units, state-owned economic unit enterprises, state-owned economic unit institutions, state-owned economic unit agencies, subtotal of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery (with breakdowns: state-owned forest farms, state-owned tree nurseries, forestry work stations, technology promotion stations, wood inspection stations, seed stations, pest control stations, sand control stations and other sub-items), subtotal of mining industry (including wood and bamboo timber logging enterprises), subtotal of manufacturing industry (including sawmill processing enterprises, wood processing and bamboo, rattan, palm, grass products industry with sub-items: wood chip processing enterprises, plywood manufacturing enterprises, fiberboard manufacturing enterprises, particleboard manufacturing enterprises, other artificial board manufacturing enterprises, wood product manufacturing enterprises, bamboo, rattan, palm, grass product manufacturing enterprises, forest product chemical manufacturing, furniture manufacturing), construction industry, subtotal of social services (including nature reserve management and tourism), healthcare, sports and social welfare, education, culture and art, radio, film and television, scientific research and comprehensive technical services, state organs, political party organs and social organizations, other categories, collective economic units and other various economic units.
