该数据是市统计局提供的科技活动及专利情况历史数据信息，包括年份、科技活动人员、研究与试验发展（R&D）人员折合全时当量、研究与试验发展（R&D）经费内部支出究与试验发展（R&D））经费内部支出相当于地区生产总值比例、PCT国际专利申请量、专利授权量、国内专利有效量、万人发明专利拥有量、万人高价值发明专利拥有量等属性字段。
This dataset comprises historical data on scientific and technological activities and patent status provided by the municipal Bureau of Statistics. Its attribute fields include year, scientific and technological activity personnel, full-time equivalent of research and experimental development (R&D) personnel, internal expenditure on research and experimental development (R&D) funds, the ratio of internal R&D expenditure to regional GDP, PCT international patent application volume, number of patent grants, number of valid domestic patents, number of invention patents owned per 10,000 people, and number of high-value invention patents owned per 10,000 people.
