aImmortalized embryonic fibroblasts (p32) were treated with 20 µM ascorbate 2-phosphate for 2 days before RNA harvesting. The gene expression level in the vitamin C-treated immortalized wildtype MEF was divided by the level in the untreated immortalized wildtype MEF to obtain the fold change.bVitamin C treatment significantly affected the expression of these probes/genes.
