This dataset and code are presented to explain a manuscript entitled "An examination of the stochastic distribution of spatial accessibility to intensive care unit (ICU) beds during the COVID-19 pandemic: a case study of the Greater Houston area of Texas", which is under review in Geographical Analysis. To run this code properly, two zip files (data and result) should be unzipped in the same directory with the other files (*.ipynb, *.py, and *.jpg).<br>
