本数据集以我国北方典型的电子垃圾拆解地天津静海县子牙电子垃圾拆解地为研究区域,在2015年对子牙电子垃圾拆解地进行采样,在采样的土壤中筛取HBCD降解菌HW-2,于2019年进行菌株降解HBCD关键蛋白的纯化并进行体外降解实验,获得蛋白的降解数据。数据包括:在4个小时后Had402、Had707、Had320、DehH四种蛋白对α-HBCD,β-HBCD,γ-HBCD的降解率。数据集共有12条记录。

This dataset takes the Ziya e-waste dismantling site in Jinghai County, Tianjin, a typical e-waste dismantling area in northern China, as the research region. Soil samples were collected from this site in 2015, and the HBCD-degrading bacterial strain HW-2 was isolated from the sampled soils. In 2019, key proteins responsible for HBCD degradation by this strain were purified, and in vitro degradation assays were conducted to obtain the protein degradation data. The dataset contains the degradation rates of four proteins (Had402, Had707, Had320, and DehH) towards α-HBCD, β-HBCD, and γ-HBCD after 4 hours of incubation. A total of 12 records are included in this dataset.
