统计了1954-2003年长江流域的水库数量和库容；1989－2004年农作物耕种面积和堤防总长度，以计算库容指数、播种面积指数和堤防指数。
This dataset includes statistics on the number of reservoirs and their storage capacities in the Yangtze River Basin (1954–2003), cropland sown area and total length of levees (1989–2004), which are utilized to compute the reservoir storage capacity index, sown area index and levee index.
