B-Plan 6-148 Development Plan with Local Building Codes for the Alt-Haslach Nord Building Area (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-148 entered into force on 8.12.2007. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
