Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Aggregation road noise zones type A index N — Alpes de Haute-Provence

Maps to be produced in the framework of the Strategic Noise Cards (CBS) pursuant to Article 3-II-1°-a of the Decree of 24 March 2006 and the European Directive 2002/49/EC on the management of environmental noise. Noise maps are not prescriptive. Aggregation of generic tables describing the Noise Zones, for an infrastructure, the type of infrastructure concerned ROUTE (R), card type A and Ln index. Approved by prefectural decree of 08/08/2018. Road infrastructure concerned: A51, RN85, RD4, RN4a, RD4b, RD4085, RD4096, RD907 ‘Type a’ exposure cards: These are two cards representing the year in which the cards were drawn up: — areas exposed to more than 50 dB(A) in Ln They represent the isophone curves of 5 in 5 dB(A). LN: noise level indicator for the night period (22h-6h). The layers are produced by road axis in accordance with the COVADIS standard validated on 29 May 2017. Aggregation obtained by the QGIS MIZOGEO plugin made available by CEREMA. Data source by infrastructure: CEREMA and VINCI for A51 Strategic noise maps are reviewed every 5 years本数据集所涉地图系依据2006年3月24日法令第3-II-1°-a条以及《环境噪声管理欧洲指令2002/49/EC》，在战略噪声卡片（Strategic Noise Cards，CBS）的框架下编制，噪声地图不具有强制约束力。 本数据集包含针对单一路基基础设施的通用噪声区域描述表格汇总，涉及的基础设施类型为道路（ROUTE，R），卡片类型为A，以及夜间噪声等级指标（Ln）。 本数据集经2018年8月8日的省级行政法令批准。 涉及的道路基础设施包括：A51、RN85、RD4、RN4a、RD4b、RD4085、RD4096、RD907。 “A型”暴露卡片：共包含两张标注编制年份的卡片，分别对应夜间噪声等级指标（Ln）超过50 dB(A)的区域，此类卡片以每5 dB(A)为间隔绘制等响曲线。 Ln：指夜间时段（22时至6时）的噪声等级指标。 各图层均按照2017年5月29日审定通过的COVADIS标准，以道路轴线为单元编制。 本数据集的汇总工作依托CEREMA推出的QGIS MIZOGEO插件完成。 各基础设施对应的数据来源：A51路段的数据由CEREMA与万喜（VINCI）提供。 战略噪声地图每5年开展一次评审更新。
