本数据集旨在分析未训练、训练及去训练三种状态下精子中小RNA（small RNA, sRNA）的表达谱差异。在未训练组与训练组、训练组与去训练组、未训练组与去训练组的比较中，共鉴定出存在差异表达的分子类型包括微小RNA（miRNAs）、PIWI互作RNA（piRNAs）、重复序列元件、转运RNA（tRNAs）以及mRNA片段。本数据集附带的分析参数定义如下：logFC为对数2倍变化值（Log2 Fold Change）；logCPM为每百万读取计数的对数转换值（Log2 counts per million）；LR为似然比（Likelihood ratio）；feature字段指代小RNA名称；FDR为错误发现率（False Discovery Rate）。数据集以ZIP格式压缩，文件大小为1010 KB。
