This dataset includes fMRI data from 238 healthy human participants collected during a block design fMRI task during which physical and affective vicarious pain pictures as well as corresponding non-painful control pictures were presented. <br>The physical and vicarious pain GLM dataset was generated by SPM first level analysis, and the physical and vicarious pain clean dataset was generated from the preprocessed BOLD signal by regressing out motion parameters, high-pass filtering and subsequent averaging across condition-specific blocks (shifted 6s to account for HRF delay).The data is provided in fmri_data object format from the CANlab Core Tools repository for neuroimaging data analysis.
