资源简介:
Discovery of superconductivity in infinite-layer nickelate thin films has generated a great excitement, as their properties are believed to be related to cuprate high-Tc superconductors (HTS). It has been shown that HTS are characterized by a charge density wave (CDW), whose role on the superconductivity is still debated. It is then natural to ask if a CDW is present also in infinite-layer nickelates. In a previous RIXS experiment [proposal HC-4166] we observed a pronounced maximum at Q// = (0.33, 0) [r.l.u.] for the quasi-elastic RIXS intensity in a NdNiO2 sample characterized by a short c-axis and insulating behaviour similar to bulk. Thus, we believe that a study of several Nd1-xSrxNiO2 samples prepared in different conditions, and characterized by different c-axis, doping x and transport properties is a necessary step to definitely access a link between the observed CDW and the superconducting state in infinite-layer nickelate thin films.
