Million vehicles.km (municipal roads)

A vehicle.km = the movement of a vehicle over the distance of one km on the road network of the entity. The estimate is in line with the figures published by the SPFMT(‘General Census of Circulation 2005’ Brochure No. 32 and above all its Supplement Brochure No. 37). which are in addition to the Five-Year Census published since 1949 in accordance with the rules of the Economic and Social Council for Europe of the United Nations in Geneva. Depending on the road network concerned, different methods are used.车公里（vehicle.km）指相关主体道路网络内，车辆完成1公里行驶的行程量。本次估算数据与SPFMT发布的《2005年交通综合普查（General Census of Circulation 2005）》第32号手册，尤其是其补充手册第37号所载数值保持一致。前述数据系对自1949年起依据联合国日内瓦欧洲经济社会理事会规则发布的五年一度普查（Five-Year Census）的补充内容。针对所涉及的不同道路网络，将采用差异化的测算方法。
