为了建立三亚站长期监测本底数据库，便于生态系统的研究利用，对三亚湾海域12个观测站点每季度一次，每站点分三个层次（表中低）采样，通过平板培养法进行海湾微生物调查

To establish a long-term monitoring baseline database for Sanya Station and facilitate research and utilization of the marine ecosystem, quarterly sampling was conducted at 12 observation sites in the waters of Sanya Bay. Three layers (surface, middle, and bottom, as marked in the table) were collected at each site, and marine microbial surveys in the bay were carried out using the plate culture method.
