Replication Data for: Crystal Growth of α-AgSbS₂ and its Preliminary Characterization for Radiation Detector Applications

α-AgSbS₂ materials have shown excellent photosensitivty in early studies, but the crystal growth and electrical properties were not reported. We report the single crystal growth of α-AgSbS₂, its photoresponse characterizations, and alpha particle radiation detection capability. UV-Vis, XRD, I-V, photoresonse, and alpha particle response data are shared here.
