This dataset provides high-resolution spatial distribution information of large-scale data centers in China, integrating POI records, Sentinel-2 imagery, and environmental attributes. It includes verified sample locations, probability maps generated by a Random Forest classifier, city-level climate and elevation data, and representative Google Earth images. The dataset supports energy modeling, spatial analysis, renewable energy planning, and remote sensing or machine-learning applications.
