A group of 801 students studying at Turkish universities participated in the study and data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Results showed that the academic achievement, social media use (frequency and total time), identity processes (commitment making, in-breadth, ruminative and in-depth exploration), hope, empathy, social empathy, sense of community, civic and political participation are significant predictors of psychological well-being of university students. However, gender, socioeconomic status, digital literacy and identification with commitment are not significant predictors of psychological well-being.
本研究共有801名土耳其高校在读学生参与,实验数据采用SPSS开展多元回归分析。研究结果表明,学业成就、社交媒体使用行为(使用频率与总时长)、同一性加工过程(包含承诺形成、广度探索、反刍式探索与深度探索)、希望感、共情、社会共情、社区归属感、公民与政治参与,均为高校学生心理幸福感的显著预测因子。不过,性别、社会经济地位、数字素养以及承诺认同并非高校学生心理幸福感的显著预测因子。
