Our study confirmed that DSD reduced the transcription level of HSPs in lungs of CLP rats by inhibiting the expression and nuclear translocation of HSF1 and HSF2, as well as the DNA binding activity of HSF, thereby inhibiting ERs to alleviate sepsis-induced lung injury.
本研究证实,DSD可通过抑制热休克因子1(Heat Shock Factor 1)与热休克因子2(Heat Shock Factor 2)的表达及核转位,同时抑制热休克因子(Heat Shock Factor)的DNA结合活性,下调盲肠结扎穿刺(Cecal Ligation and Puncture)模型大鼠肺组织内热休克蛋白(Heat Shock Proteins)的转录水平,进而抑制内质网应激(Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress)以缓解脓毒症诱导的肺损伤。
