Bulk RNA-seq data of alisertib induced senescent cells treated with Salinomycin vs. Untreated Overall design: Cells were seeded with a density on 1mln/plate (in 15cm dish) then treated with alisertib for one week to induce senescence refreshing the drug twice. Then cells were treated for 48 hrs with salinomycin 2.5 µM and harvested for RNA extraction
