Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Perimeter of the Plan for the Prevention of Predictable Natural Risks of Flooding of the Loire du Val de Cisse in the Indre-et-Loire

This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRN. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following:
— prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological);
— scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs);
— scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.

本数据集收录了PPRN开发各阶段的边界范围。此类边界的核心特征为：均由官方法定文书确立，并自指定日期起生效，具体如下：
—— 纳入PPR指令文书的法定适用范围（涵盖自然与技术两类场景）；
—— 与经核准的RPP所规制范围相对应的风险暴露范围。该核准边界属于公用地役权范畴，其中PPRN对应PM1，PPRT对应PM3；
—— 研究范围，即开展危害调研所覆盖的边界范围。
