Change in industrial land price in Japan 2015-2024, by region

In 2024, the official industrial land price in the Greater Tokyo Area in Japan increased by 6.2 percent. The growth rate was the highest in the four regional cities, Sapporo, Sendai, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, at 10.6 percent. Saga Prefecture recorded the highest growth in industrial land prices in the same year.
