R codes and data for "Soil phosphorus availability drives decade-scale stability across life stages in a subtropical forest"

The dataset comprises stability (both community and population stability) and asynchrony across seedling and adult life stages at the quadrat scale, along with diversity (including species diversity, richness, and evenness) and soil nutrient data. In addition, neighbourhood-model outputs for both life stages are provided, including the summary() results for each fitted model and the processed model-prediction datasets derived from the fitted models. Detailed descriptions of variable names and definitions are provided in the README.txt.
