Mechanism of longitudinal splitting of cut-outs and feeding of firewood in a mobile line

The device consists of a supporting frame structure (1)， to which a rolling ramp (4) is connected， two arbitrarily large chainsaws (5) are attached by means of a supporting rod (6) connected to the supporting frame structure (1). Longitudinal splitting is provided by a front splitting wedge (8) for splitting wood when inserting a working rectilinear hydraulic motor (9) and a rear splitting wedge (10) for splitting wood when extending a working rectilinear hydraulic motor (9). Also attached to the frame of the supporting structure (1) is a mechanism for removing chopped and shortened wood with a receiving trough (11) and a handling arm of the safety cage (12). The implement can be transported by attaching it to the three-point hitch of the tractor via the arms (3). The stability of the device during work is ensured by the extended stabilizing supports (2). The hydraulic system of the longitudinal splitting line is driven from the tractor PTO shaft by means of a reduction gearbox (14).
