Combined targeting of G-protein-coupled receptor and EGF receptor signaling overcomes resistance to PI3K pathway inhibitors in PTEN-null triple negative breast cancer

MDA-MB-468 cells were infected with a whole-genome shRNA library, treated with PI3Kbeta inhibitor (AZD8186), pan class I PI3K inhibitor (GDC0941) or AKT inhibitor (MK2206) for 6+6 days. At the end of the treatment genomic DNA was extracted.
