资源简介:
The acidic tumor microenvironment in melanoma drives immune evasion by up-regulating cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in tumor-infiltrating monocytes..Melanoma growth can be suppressed by releasing non-toxic concentrations of an adenylate cyclase (AC) inhibitor from polypept(o)id micelles at the tumor site in an immune cell-dependent manner. Whole transcriptome analysis (WTA) of CD45+ single cells from Nanoparticle (polypept(o)id micelles)-treated day 15 B16F10-OVA Tumors of B6 mice. Particles were peritumorally injected at the tumor site every other day starting at day 4 after tumor inoculation. Mice either received empty particles (NL-PM) or MDL-12.330A-loaded Particles (L-PM) (n=3 animals/experimental group) The linked python script (in the tar archive at the foot of this record) can be used to translate cell indexes to raw sequences found in the fastq files. See the linked readme file for further instructions.
