Transcriptome sequencing of first leaf of barley (Hordeum vulgare) infected with Puccinia striiformis f. sp. hordei isolate B01/2 (barley stripe rust).. Hordeum vulgare

RNAseq was performed on the first leaf of barley (Hordeum vulgare) cultivar Aramir infected with Puccinia striiformis f. sp. hordei isolate B01/2 (barley stripe rust). Aramir is a susceptible accession. Infected material was at 12 days post inoculation and was sporulating. RNAseq data was used for genotyping Aramir and Psh B01/2 relative to the diversity of barley and stripe rust, respectively.
