资源简介:
This study was to investigate the effect of muscle strength training exercise with feedback on motor and social skills in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We conducted a study on three subjects with ASD.
We measured Muscle strength, static and dynamic balance, and adaptive behavior scores before and after 8-week exercise program.
We measured hip flexor, hip abductor, knee extensor strength. The strength of the lower limb muscles was measured using a smart KEMA strength sensor, which measures tension when pulled by both ends. The maximum force for 5s was recorded and the mean force of the middle 3s was calculated for each muscle.
We also measured one-leg standing test (OLS) and a 10m walking test (10-m WT) before and after 8-week exercise program. Each test have conducted 2 times and mean time was calculated.
The Korean scales of Independent Behavior-Revised (K-SIB-R) questionnaire was completed to measure social behaviors.
