Population genomics of macroalgal associated epifauna. Onithochiton neglectus, Limnoria segnis, parawaldeckia karaka

This study aims to understand the phylogeographic impacts of an ancient coastal uplift in southern New Zealand on several epifauna that are associated with the holdfasts of macroalgae. Using genotyping by sequencing we obtained SNP data and applied a comparative phylogeographic approach to understand how different epibiotic invertebrates have responded to a major ecological disturbance.
