Dendritic cells (DCs) simultaneously prime and dampen the immune response. The transcriptional program that regulates immunosuppression in DCs is currently unknown. Here we identified ETS homologous factor as a key transcription factor that regulates DC immunosuppression. Overall design: cDCsFL-Notch were cultured for 6 days and stimulated with 100 nM TLR stimulation. Live B220- MHCII+ CD11c+ cells were FACS-sorted after 18 hours of TLR stimulation.
