We analyzed transcriptome in root nodules and arbuscular mycorrhiza during Lotus japonicus root endosymbioses. Mycorrhizal roots were harvested 15 day and 27 day after inoculation with Glomus intratadices. Root nodules were harvested 3 day and 12 day after inoculation with Mesorhizobium loti MAFF303099. Roots from the noninoculated control plant were harvested 15 day and 3 day, respectively.
