资源简介:
This dataset supports the study “Enzyme-induced carbonate precipitation reduces sheet erosion by increasing the apparent cohesion of soil and regulating the hydrodynamic parameters of runoff”. It contains tidy, machine-readable data from simulated-rainfall experiments designed to evaluate the effects of enzyme-induced carbonate precipitation (EICP), using soybean-derived urease, on sheet erosion of purple soil slopes. Soil was collected from Zigui County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, China, and experiments were conducted under two rainfall intensities (60 and 120 mm h^-1), three slope gradients (15°, 20°, and 25°), and seven surface treatments (CK, CK-C, CK-U, E-0.5, E-1.0, E-1.5, and E-2.0) after a 72 h curing period. The repository includes five CSV files and two R scripts. The CSV files contain near-surface physicochemical properties, time-series runoff rate, time-series sediment yield rate, total runoff and sediment yield, and hydrodynamic parameters. Mean values and standard deviations are reported in separate columns, and experimental conditions are explicitly recorded for each observation to ensure compatibility with repository archiving and downstream analysis. The two R scripts provide the main analytical workflows for path analysis and Mantel test plus Pearson correlation analysis. This dataset can be used to reproduce the reported results, support comparative studies on rainfall-induced erosion, and facilitate further analysis of the coupled effects of surface strengthening and runoff hydraulics on sheet erosion.
