Specimen D-6 was a 12-in. deep reinforced concrete beam with 0.5-in. maximum aggregate size and #4 high strength longitudinal reinforcement. All dimensions were scaled 2.5 times smaller than the Group A specimens. The shear span to effective depth ratio (a/d) was 2.3.
