Raw multi-focus microscopy images of wild-type and sir3 mutant strains of PP7-PHO5 at HMR driven by the PGK1, RPL28, and TDH3 enhancers/promoters taken on July 2023. Place individual raw .tif files into the MATLAB folder of your Documents folder and run the attached MATLAB script (registrationTwoZstepFileMFMtiles2023.m), changing the targeted file name as needed.
